GANTORA PRO — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Gantora Pro ("the Software") is licensed, not sold. By using the Software
you accept these terms.

1. GRANT. Subject to payment of the applicable fee, the licensee named in
   the licence ("Licensed to") is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive,
   non-transferable right to use the Software, up to the number of seats
   stated in the licence. One seat means one person using the Software,
   on any number of that person's machines.

2. LICENCE TEXT. The signed licence text identifies the licensee and the
   licence type. It may be installed on any machine used by the licensee's
   seats. It may not be published, shared outside the licensee's
   organization, or transferred to a third party.

3. NOT-FOR-RESALE LICENCES. Licences marked NFR, Partner, or Tester are
   granted free of charge for evaluation or partnership purposes, may be
   revoked at any time, and may not be used to avoid purchasing
   commercial licences.

4. RESTRICTIONS. You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise
   redistribute the Software; modify, adapt, or create derivative works
   of it; remove or alter copyright or licensing notices; or use one
   licence to serve more persons than its stated seats.

5. YOUR DATA. Plans and files you create with the Software are yours.
   This license claims no rights over your data. The Software makes no
   network connections and transmits nothing.

6. OWNERSHIP. The Software remains the exclusive property of the copyright
   holder. This license grants use, not ownership.

7. UPDATES. The licence includes all updates made available by the
   copyright holder, unless the licence text states otherwise.

8. NO WARRANTY. The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any
   kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a
   particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the
   copyright holder's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid
   for the licence, and the copyright holder shall not be liable for any
   indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.

10. TERMINATION. This license terminates automatically if you breach its
    terms. Upon termination you must stop using and delete all copies.

11. GOVERNING LAW. This agreement is governed by the laws of Hungary.
